Day 01: HANOI

Our driver greets you at Noi Bai airport & transfers you to Ha Noi – Vietnam’s capital is one thousand-year-old city with peaceful lakes, French styled buildings, and old quarter streets. Check-in hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: HANOI – SAPA – CAT CAT MINORITY VILLAGE

07:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel.

08:00 AM: Our shuttle bus meets & transfers you to Sapa, about a 5-hour drive through the beautiful scenery. Sapa was originally built as a hill station by the French in the early years of the last century. They constructed villas, a small hydroelectric station, a church, tennis courts, even an aerodrome all still remain in Sapa today. Tucked high in Vietnam’s remote northern mountains, the former French military outpost of Sapa offers some of Vietnam’s most colorful experiences. The views are breathtaking. Major ethnic groups to be found here are the H’mong, Red Zao, Xapho…complete with their largely untouched dress and customs…

13:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa, our local guide meets & sends you to a local restaurant for lunch, then check in hotel

15:00 PM: Transfer to visit Cat Cat ethnic minority village, 2 km far from the Sapa center only, a small village of H’ mong people. Nestled in a beautiful valley about three kilometers from Sapa Town, Cat Cat – the old village of ethnic groups- attracts tourists from all over the world for its distinctive customs and practices which have been lost in almost ethnic villages. The village is within easy walking distance from any hotel in downtown Sapa.

Visiting Cat Cat, you will be impressed by the peacefully picturesque sceneries. People can easily catch sight of women sitting in front of the loom with colorful pieces of brocade, while children playing around with pets or even livestock. From the plain brocade, then women can carefully dye them with special leaves and embroider beautiful patterns of flowers and animals on them.

17:00 PM: Return to Sapa town, taking the photo of the Sapa Church, standing at the four sides can be observed relic, along with two other buildings built by the French villa owner Bridge and the former District Commissioner form an isosceles triangle with the distinct architectural style of French.

Day 03: TA VAN MINORITY

08:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 AM: Our guide picks you up at the hotel & drives 12 km south of Sapa toward Muong Hoa valley, descending into the valley, which is home to the largest terraced rice paddy in the Sa Pa area. This is considered as the nicest minority village in Sapa. Continue from the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to the Dzay minority village of Ta Van, see the Zay minority group at their daily work.

11:30 AM Return to Sapa to have lunch at a local restaurant.

15:30 PM Embark the shuttle bus back to Hanoi.

Day 04: HANOI – HA LONG ON CRUISE

07:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

07:45 – 08:15 AM: Our shuttle bus picks you up at the hotel and transfers you to Halong city – 165 km east of Hanoi. You will have deep experience with a nation whose 80 percent of the population lives on rice while moving through the countryside. In the Middle way, you will have 20 minutes for a short break.

12:30 PM Arrive in Tuan Chau harbor, Halong Bay. Welcome to Majestic Cruise: enjoy Welcome drink with a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

13:00 PM Have Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch while cruising in the ……………. Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

14:30 PM Arrival in Titop Island, then participate in activities on the island such as swimming or climbing up to the top of the mountain to have a panorama view of the Bay

16:00 PM Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village and Swimming in the bay. Then back to the Majestic Halong cruise and relax.

18:00 PM Join the cooking class guided directly by Chef of ………. Halong Cruise. You have a chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

Our guide meets & we start the walking tour around Hanoi Old Quarter.

We first walked to visit and shop at Dong Xuan Market, the oldest and largest market in Hanoi. The original building was constructed in 1889, on the site of one of Hanoi’s lakes. It is a street market spreading over a surface of 600 square meters, occupying half of the street. Approximately fifty businesses are operating the forty stands selling food, artifacts, souvenirs and tour packages among others.

Then visit the Ngoc Son temple & Hoan Kiem lake, this is an enchanting body of water right in the heart of Hanoi. This small lake is nicely bordered by age-old trees. In the extreme north is an islet accessible by a wooden bridge painted red. On this islet is located the small temple of Ngoc Son. In the middle of the lake is the tortoise tower considered as the contemporary symbol of Hanoi.

Continuing to discover the Hanoi old quarters, it covers an area of 100 ha, just north of the central Hoan Kiem Lake. CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
• 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater.

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.

PASSPORT

Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.

Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.
