Day 1: HANOI – HANOI CITY TOUR (Meals: )

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam.

Upon your arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, meet up with your tour guide and then transfer to the city center; you will soon feel the bustling daily life along the streets.

One Pillar Pagoda

Take the first visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Complex; your tour guide will brief you about the revolutionary life of the monumental Ho Chi Minh leader who led Vietnam to independence while walking around his old offices and stilt house. 

On the way back to your car, make a quick stop at One Pillar Pagoda – a unique architecture which was inspired by the pure beauty of the lotus flower. Next drive takes you to the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, which was built in the 11th Century and follows Confucius philosophy. 

This afternoon I continued walking to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter. Walk through narrow and evocative streets; you will have the closest view to the French-colonial architectures of ancient buildings and family-run vendor stores.

Day 2:  HANOI – HALONG BAY CRUISE (Meals: )

07h00: Breakfast at hotel.
08h00: From Hanoi, you will travel to Halong Bay in an air-conditioned car. After that, board your traditional junk, where the crew welcomes you with a scrumptious lunch buffet.

15h00: You can take memorable family photos on the sundeck with the backdrop of thousands of limestone karsts, dotted with isles covered in lush green nature. If you’d prefer exciting family activities, kayaking is a must try activity, especially when it is sunset. Paddle your boat through the emerald water and unveil the amazing wonders of this proud UNESCO Heritage Site. You will have exclusive breathtaking photo ops from the boat.

18h00: Before dinner time, you can join a cooking course to make Vietnamese Nem, another delicious recipe for your family meal.

20h00: At night, if the weather conditions are ideal, you can have a fun fishing competition with your kids on deck. The thrill of catching fresh cuttlefish in the magical scenery is an experience you will never forget.

07h30: Optionally, you can continue exploring the magnificent nature of Halong Bay by visiting Sung Sot Cave or the charming Ti Top Island. Continue cruising through the tall limestone karsts.

10h00 After lunch, you will return to Hanoi. Check in at the hotel and have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 4: HANOI – SAPA (Meals: )

06h00: Breakfast at the hotel.

06h30: Our bus will pick you up at the meeting point in Ha Noi departing for Sapa, following the Noi Bai – Lao Cai high-way. On the half way stop for a short break in Yen Bai province 25 minutes.

13h00: Arrive in Sapa Town, tour guide comes to arrange you to check in at the hotel and have lunch.

14h30: You start trekking to Cat Cat village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe. Here, you can see the hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in the twentieth century. You will experience the tribal way of life of ethnic minorities while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat village.

19h00: After dinner, you are free to explore the charm of Sapa by night, enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside charcoal fire or go shopping.

Day 5: Sapa – Hanoi – Departure (Meals: )

07h00: Breakfast at Hotel.
08h00: After breakfast, transfer to Fansipan cable car station. Lying on an altitude of 3,143m above sea level, the peak of Fansipan is dubbed the “Roof of Indochina ”. Sun, clouds, wind and mountain seem to consist of a harmonious and colorful chorus. Gazing down the fairy scenery at sunrise as well as sunset would always be an unbeatable experience for those who love nature.

11h00: Back to Sapa Town, checkout hotel and have lunch.

16h00: It‘s time to say “Goodbye Sapa!” and drive back to Hanoi. Along the way, once again you have a chance to enjoy the magical beauty of northwest mountains

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
• 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater.

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.

5. Traveling to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand requires travel insurance covering the cost of medical evacuation flights.

PASSPORT

Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.

Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We firmly advise you to purchase suitable travel insurance to protect your travel plans. Your insurance coverage should at the very least cover cancellation, medical and repatriation costs, accidental death, loss of personal property, personal injury, and personal liability insurance.
