Day 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL – TRANSFER TO HOI AN (Meals: )

The driver picks up at the airport and then transfers to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is your own leisure.

Day 2: MY SON SANCTUARY BY BOAT (Meals:  )

Highlights: Discover various culture values in My Son – a World Heritage recognized in 1999 by Unesco, Explore Cham-style Art of Architecture, Cooking class.

7:30-8:00 AM: Our guide picks you up at your hotel and departs to My Son Sanctuary – The World Cultural Heritage. My Son, located 50 km from Hoi An, was an imperial city during the Cham dynasty between the 4th and 12th centuries. My Son sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. They include temples and towers that connect to each other with intricate red brick designs. The main component of the Cham architectural design is the tower built to reflect the divinity of the King.

9:30 AM: Arrive at My Son and we’ll have 2 hours to discover the site by walking through the landscape, learning histories with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoying the Champa’s traditional performances.

11:45 AM: Get back to the minivan and move to a local house to learn how to make rice paper, you will enjoy your own hand-making product later on!

12:30 PM: Back to the van and have lunch at another local house. relax with cold herbal tea, nice food, and fresh air.

13:30 PM: Take a boat trip to Hoi An with the nice and cool breeze onboard, and beautiful river scenery on the biggest river in Central Vietnam named Thu Bon River.

14:00 PM: Arrive in Hoi An, we will drop you off at your hotel.

Day 3: CAM THANH COCONUT JUNGLE – COOKING CLASS (Meals: )

In your journey to discover Vietnam, give yourself a try to become a professional chef under our guidance. This is a great experience from going to the market to choose food and preparing and trying your hand at cooking Vietnamese cuisine.

08:30 AM: Local guide picks up at the hotel.

– Go to market with our chef (about 30 minutes)

– We will have a chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for use in our lesson. 

09:15 AM: Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside, and see the water and coconut trees growing together. Enjoy your time with basket boat rowing through the coconut jungle forest 

11:00 AM: Enjoy a welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

13:00 PM: Return to your  hotel. Tour ends.

Day 4: HOI AN – DA NANG – BANA HILL (Meals: )

Breakfast at the hotel and do check out
07:00 AM:  The driver (no tour guide) picks up at a hotel in Hoi An and then departs to Da Nang and meets the group.
07:45 – 08:00 AM: join the group to Ba Na Hills.
09h00 AM: Arrive at the cable car station Suoi Mo, up the cable car route that achieves 4 world records.
09h30 AM: Freedom check-in the 150-meter long “Golden Bridge” supported by the huge hands. Visit the Le Jardin, Debay Wine Cellar of French. Visit the Linh Ung pagoda, admire the 27m high Buddha statue, Loc Uyen Garden, Quan Am Cac. Continue to Gare Debay using the second cable car route to go to the top of Ba Na.

Day 5: DA NANG – HUE CITY (Meals: )

Located in the center of Vietnam, Hue was the capital city of Vietnam for approximately 150 years during feudal time (1802–1945)and the royal lifestyle and customs have had a significant impact on the characteristics of the people of Hue, even long afterwards .You will rediscover the ancient world of the emperors of 13 kings of Nguyen dynasty, from Gia Long to Bao Dai. Is the first UNESCO world heritage site in Explorer, the village where women make the traditional hats and learn from our expert guides about the lives of these people.

07:30 AM: Pick up guests at hotels and depart to Hue city.  World Cultural Heritage, Go through Hai Van Tunnel

10:30 AM: Arrive at Hue city. Visit the Tomb of Tu Duc king of Khai Dinh king – Romance, lyrical reflects the life of the king of talent but the situation in the country is intricate.

11:40 AM: Have lunch at a restaurant with local foods.

12:30 AM: Visit the Imperial Citadel, (the Palace of 13 Nguyen’s Kings, the last feudal dynasty of VietNam: Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, The Temple, Hien Lam pavilion, Nine Urns), having experiences with virtual 3D scanning concept “Finding the lost palace”

15:00 AM: Visit Thien Mu pagoda ancient, was built in the early of XVII Century. Shopping at Dong Ba Market. (optional)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
• 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater.

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.

PASSPORT

Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.

Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We firmly advise you to purchase suitable travel insurance to protect your travel plans. Your insurance coverage should at the very least cover cancellation, medical and repatriation costs, accidental death, loss of personal property, personal injury, and personal liability insurance.
