Day 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL – HOI AN (Meals: Dinner)

Welcome to Da Nang, the city in the center of Vietnam. Tour guide meet you at the airport and transfer to Hotel in Hoi An Town – 30 km from Da Nang.

Hoi An is a city on Vietnam’s central coast known for its well-preserved Ancient Town, cut through with canals. The former port city’s melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese shophouses and temples to colorful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda.

Day 2: MY SON SANCTUARY – HOI AN WALKING TOUR (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

08.00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel. Be ready at the hotel lobby and you will be met by our local guide for the discovery of My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town both of the heritage of Vietnam were recognized by UNESCO.

09.00 AM: Morning visit to My Son, Holy Land of the Cham, one of the most important examples of Hindu influence in Southeast Asia. Although largely in a state of ruin today, My Son is often compared with other historical temple complexes in Southeast Asia, such as Angkor Wat of Cambodia or Ayutthaya of Thailand. You’ll be given a brief introduction to the history, culture and Hindu influence on the Cham Kingdom, and then will visit the remains of the carefully-crafted red brick temples with beautiful monuments and epitaphs.

14.00 PM: Spend the afternoon walking the ancient streets of Hoi An, lined with Chinese traders’ homes and wooden houses reincarnated as restaurants, cafés, and outlets for local artists, craftsmen and tailors. Explore the beautiful 16th century Japanese Bridge. Hoi An’s unique fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese architecture is well displayed here, in what is arguably Vietnam’s most tourist-friendly town.

The rest of the day is free at leisure to enjoy the shopping in Hoi An – a paradise for silk & fashionable clothing and accessories.

Day 3: HOI AN CITY TOUR – DA NANG (Meals: )

08.00 AM: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. We will Explore Cam Kim Island and its true rural Vietnamese life. Learn how wooden fishing boats are made using traditional methods. Passing quiet village roads and shady paths, release yourself in peaceful, green fields. It is your great chance to take unforgettable pictures of Vietnamese rural scenes and people.

10.00 AM: Participate in daily local life, visit families making rice paper, and the bamboo basket boat. Try your hand at making the colorful woven mats villagers use for sleeping on. Try traditional fishing techniques that have been used for many generations. Paddle the Thung chai bamboo basket boat and experience the natural beauty of the water coconut marsh.

12.00 AM: Lunch with a local family. 

14.00 PM: Cruise back to the old town of Hoi An with a picturesque 30-minute ride by boat while enjoying the scenes of river life on the Thu Bon river.

Afternoon transfer to Da Nang. Free on your own at the rest of time.

Day 4:DA NANG – BANA HILL (Meals: )

08.00 AM: Morning breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ba Na hills and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden…

Experience hill climbing trains (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda.

12.30 PM: Local buffet lunch in a restaurant.

Afternoon: Free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours).

Return to Da Nang city along the Red Beach Bay. Stop at Central Specialties Super Market for Shopping. Overnight in Da Nang.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
• 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater.

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.

5. Traveling to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand requires travel insurance covering the cost of medical evacuation flights.

PASSPORT

Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.

Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We firmly advise you to purchase suitable travel insurance to protect your travel plans. Your insurance coverage should at the very least cover cancellation, medical and repatriation costs, accidental death, loss of personal property, personal injury, and personal liability insurance.
