Day 01: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL (Meals: )

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh, the largest city in Vietnam. Our guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The room is at your disposal at noon. The city is the hub of commerce and culture with a wonderful blend of temples and skyscrapers. Spend the rest of the day exploring. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR – CU CHI TUNNELS (Meals: )

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Pick up at your hotel and start the city tour including:

• Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
• War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
• Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
• Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.

12:30 PM: Lunchtime with a famous Phở restaurant (Vietnamese noodle soup).

02:00 PM: Depart around 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars.

06:00 – 07:00 PM: Be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner on your own account. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: DAY TRIP TO MEKONG DELTA (Meals: )

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Depart from Ho Chi Minh and head straight to Ben Tre, crossing the impressive Rach Mieu Cable-stayed Bridge. Board a small boat to visit typical workplaces including small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Stop at a quiet village, take a short walk to experience local life and hop on your xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw).

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local riverside restaurant.

01:30 PM: Take a short cycling tour to explore the surrounding fields before boarding a sampan for a tranquil trip along the picturesque canals. Come back to the port and return to Ho Chi Minh.

05:00 PM: Be dropped at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: HO CHI MINH – PHAN THIET (Meals: )

In the morning, depart on a five-hour drive by private vehicle for the coastal town of Phan Thiet.

About 200 km north of Ho Chi Minh City are Mui Ne and Phan Thiet. Phan Tiet, which is rather large, is famous for its fish sauce, an ingredient in most Vietnamese dishes. It, too, has a beautiful beach. There is a wide range of accommodation, and restaurants offer a huge selection of seafood at very affordable prices. There are golf courses, beautiful pagodas, spectacular red and white sand dunes, and a variety of water sports.

Arrive before lunchtime, with the rest of the day free to enjoy the 10 km-long beaches in the middle of a beautiful palm grove. Overnight at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
• 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*

* or deposit if greater.

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

5. Traveling to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand requires travel insurance covering the cost of medical evacuation flights.

PASSPORT

Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.

Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We firmly advise you to purchase suitable travel insurance to protect your travel plans. Your insurance coverage should at the very least cover cancellation, medical and repatriation costs, accidental death, loss of personal property, personal injury, and personal liability insurance.
