Day 10: DONG VAN – BAO LAC
Crossing spectacular Ma Pi Leng pass to Bao Lac, visit to villages of Lo Lo & H’mong people
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart from Dong Van to Meo Vac by crossing Ma Pi Leng Pass which seduces you with the breathtaking view of limestone mountains, Nho Que River and H’mong Villages nested in the mountain.

Continue to Bao Lac. This is well known for the Black Lo Lo ethnic group. This region was highlighted by the French media, “The journey into unknown land”. This documentary was filmed in Khuoi Khon village of the Lo Lo people, 9km away from Bao Lac town, by the rugby player, Frederik Michalak. Lunch is served in Bao Lac town and check in to your hotel.

In the afternoon, we transfer to Coc Xa village, in the Na Van commune. This village of the Lo Lo ethnic group remains more authentic than Khuoi Khon village which became more touristic after the famous documentary. Walk through the rice fields and trails in the village, visit the local people’s houses, and talk with the hosts to understand more about the local life as well as their traditional customs. Go back to the town and stay overnight in your hotel.
Day 11: BAO LAC – BA BE
Meeting San Chi ethnic people in hill villages, transfer to Ba Be, exploring Hua Ma cave
Departure to Ba Be via Tinh Tuc, 30km from Bao Lac, in Hung Dao commune, there is a beautiful village of San Chi ethnic. Of course, we will stop to visit and discover the beauty of the village. You are one of a small number of travelers who get to visit this area because of its hidden location behind the hill. The village has hundreds of houses on stilts nested on the side of mountains and views of the beautiful valley. To reach the village, you will have to walk up a 2km steep incline. The higher you walk, the better view you get. Visit a family to understand the authentic life of this ethnic group.

Continue to Ba Be, where you will be surprised by the magnificent nature where the mountains gently meet the valleys of rice terraces. Stop to film or take photos whenever possible. Upon arrival in Ba Be, check in your accommodation in Pac Ngoi Village and go cycling through several villages of Tay ethnic groups to Hua Ma cave (5km from the village). This is an attractive place with amazing formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Finally, come back to your accommodation.

Day 12: BA BE – HANOI
Relaxing boat trip to explore Puong Cave, Dau Dang waterfall
In the morning, take a walk from the village to the pier to enjoy a boat trip on the lake (It is possible to swim in the lake). Stop to discover the Fairy Pond in the middle of the primitive forest. After the lake, move to Nang river. Walk along the river bank and be immersed in the beauty of the wild and reach Dau Dang Waterfall.

Keep continuing our boat trip in the opposite direction along the Nang River to Puong Cave, home to thousands of bats inside the cave. The boat will go through the cave toward Buoc Lom pier. Meet our driver for a transfer to Hanoi.

Arrived in Hanoi in the late afternoon. Check in at your hotel and enjoy some free time after the mountain getaway.
Day 13: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY
Cruising in Bai Tu Long bay, visiting Vung Vieng fishing village, swimming & sunbathing at Ban Chan beach
08:00 AM: Pick up at your hotel (in the Hanoi Old Quarter). Enjoy a three hour drive from Hanoi to Bai Tu Long Bay. Your journey will pass through a series of villages and rice fields in the Red River Delta. Have a stop for a drink and restroom. Continue your driving, arrive at the harbor around noon, and get warmly welcomed at cruise reception.
12:30: Embark cruise and enjoy a welcome drink onboard the Tonkin Cruise boat.
13:00: Cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay and having lunch with Set Menu

15:00: Exploring Vung Vieng Village: Guest choose to discover the daily life of the fisher communities with bamboo boat (one hour) or kayaking around Vung Vieng area (one hour)

16:30: Swimming, Sunbathing and Relaxing at Ban Chan Beach.
17:30: Relax and enjoy the sunset cocktail while the boat is cruising to Cong Dong – Cong Do area. Docking for overnight.
19:30: Having BBQ dinner
21:00: Free evening or taking part in some activities of board games or squid fishing, karaoke (on request) Taste the variety of drink at our luxury sundeck bar (chargeable) with wines, cocktails, brandy, juices…

Day 14: BAI TU LONG BAY
Discovering the charming Thien Canh Son Cave, unique cruising route, getting back Hanoi, departure
06:30: Doing exercises with Tai chi on the sundeck.
07:15: Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising to the Hon Co area.
8:00: Exploring the Thien Canh Son Cave. Located at the center of the World Heritage Area- Halong Bay, Thien Canh Son Cave treats tourists to the wild and mysterious beauty of nature

09:30: Return to the boat for check out and relaxing on sundeck or watching fruits carving demonstration
10:30: Enjoy the last of the HaLong Bay scenery over lunch as the boat cruises back to shore
11:45: Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside our waiting lounge and waiting for return transportation
Welcome by driver at the harbor then enjoy travel back to Hanoi. Have a rest in the middle of the way. Drop off at your hotel (in the Hanoi Old Quarter).
Private driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby (Hanoi Old Quarter) for about 45 minutes to Noi Bai airport (international or domestic hall according to your request). Thanks for the visit to our city.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
- 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
- 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
- 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*
* or deposit if greater.
Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@advantour.com.
Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.

PASSPORT
Every consumer is required to have a current passport and visa. You are accountable for acquiring a valid Vietnam visa. At the LPC Travel office upon arrival, all passports and visas must be produced. Before entering any location where we conduct tours, a photocopy will be created in our office and given to the local police for registration.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
While making a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit or deposits. You will be told by your advisor how much that will cost. Depending on the specifics of the trip and the up-front expenses LPC Travel may incur, deposit amounts can vary significantly. The needed deposit sum will be confirmed after you indicate your desire to book your trip.
Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. LPC Travel will not impose any bank or credit card fees, however it might be wise for you to confirm, before making the payment, whether your bank and/or credit card provider will assess any foreign transaction fees or other fees. LPC Travel disclaims responsibility for any additional fees imposed by your bank or credit card company.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is taken very seriously to guarantee that suppliers uphold high standards. Nevertheless, since we do not run restaurants, hotels, or home stays, we are unable to be held accountable for any issues arising from the booking unless they were specifically caused by our carelessness or the fault of one of our employees.
